Ararat Basil – it is believed that 3500 years ago the ancient people of Armenia used a balanced combination of wild mint and Ararat dark opal basil as a hot beverage. This unique wild crafted herbal blend was called Ararat Basil tea. According to the recipe discovered from ethno-historical research, all ingredients were historically recognized as Armenian sacred herbs and in ancient times were harvested only from the Ararat valley. This blend has an immediate anti-stress and antispasmodic effect and is good for blood purity and for refreshing the mind.

How to prepare: Add 1-teaspoon of tea per cup in a teapot; add freshly boiling water into the teapot and brew for 5 minutes. Strain in to the cup and serve hot or iced, without sugar.
